| OK, now your filling is ready to go into the peppers. |

| There you can see I'm ready to beginning stuffing the peppers. I have about 3/4" of water in the bottom of the baking pan, the filling is ready and the peppers are prepared. |

| Take the tops off making note as to which top goes to which pepper. You want them to go back on the peppers nicely.. |

| Stat stuffing your peppers. Spoon the filling into the peppers. |

| Depending on the size of your peppers, you may have some filling left over. If you do, I suggest putting it in a bowl like this to eat while you are waiting for the stuffed peppers to cook. This filling is delicious all by itself! |
