| This is the sauce pan, well, in this case, pot. In here you will add olive oil, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and sweet basil. Mix well and simmer for a bit. |
| Then add some tomato pasts, mix some more, simmer some more. |
| Then add in some petite diced tomatoes. |
| You will add about 3/4 of this can to the mix. |
| Mix well and simmer. You want this sauce to get pretty thick. |
| Back to the meat pan. OK, the meat is stating to brown nicely and the kitchen is starting to smell very nice! |

| Back to the sauce pan. OK, now this sauce is perfect, nice and thick. |
| Now add the sauce to the meat pan and mix and simmer some more. |
| Now add in your cooked rice. |
| You will add in 3 cups of cooked rice. Mix well and simmer some more.. |
| Keep stirring as you are simmering until you get a nice consistency as shown above.. |
| Now you are going to add in 2 Tbs' of petite diced tomatoes. |
| You will want to make sure the tomatoes are drained well before adding to the mix. I use 2 Tbs' to to this, squeezing the tomatoes between each spoon which does a great job of getting the liquid out. |
| Add the tomatoes to the mix and keep simmer a little longer making sure it's all mixed together well. |
