Pour your first cup of flour into your water, sugar, Yeast mix.
..Now start to mix well with a fork.

Now you can add the salt. Note: We have given the Yeast time to be activated with the sugar water and have added some flours and mixed a bit. Now it is safe to add the salt.
... Mix some more. I spin the bowl while I'm mixing with a fork. Wow, you can barely see the fork in the photo. I'm mixing pretty fast!

When the dough starts to get a little dryer and stiffer, start using your hands to complete the mixing. it will be very wet and sticky at first but will get dryer as you go.

When your done with the mixing you should have a pretty sturdy ball of dough like you see here.
Now flour a bread board, or you could do this right on your counter as well.
