Anthony's Antipasto Recipe Photo Gallery Continued...

I have placed some explanatory photos below that, hopefully, will help you along in your Italian culinary adventure. Sometimes a picture really helps!... ;-)

At this point you will want to add some fresh ground pepper and some Parmesan cheese.
This part is very important! At this point you want to carefully work your way around the whole platter and create pie shape slices. You need a very sharp knife and will probably need a fork as well. You want to cut through everything, wiggling you knife back and forth to be sure everything is separated. You will need to push everything apart with a fork so there is a visible separation between all the yummy stuff so you can pick up the slice with a pie server.
Here you can see a pie slice separation if you look closely. Carefully work you way around teh whole platter creating the slices.
Here is your finished creation. Now you are ready to server it and enjoy! :-)
